About Portnoff Law Associates

Portnoff Law Associates Ltd. was established in 1989 by father and daughter Alan B. Portnoff and Michelle R. Portnoff. In 1997, they decided to limit their practice to the representation of municipalities and school districts in the collection of delinquent taxes and user fees.

The firm now employs 9 lawyers along with a professional management team, and represents over 70 taxing districts throughout Pennsylvania.
