Do I Qualify for Portnoff’s Hardship Program?

The Hardship Program allows extended payment terms for homeowners who are experiencing financial difficulties. The homeowner must live in the property for which extended payment terms are requested. If you believe you qualify, please call toll free 866-211-9466 to request a hardship application.

All information provided in connection with a hardship application is confidential. The hardship applications are evaluated on a case by case basis. Your taxing district has the ultimate authority over the approval of payment plans.

The Hardship Program is not available to businesses or landlords.
