Portnoff Law Associates (PLA) is a DELINQUENT debt collector. DO NOT send payments intended for your CURRENT collector, such as your tax collector or your municipal utility operator. They will be returned.
Also, if you have NOT received notice indicating you should pay Portnoff Law Associates that includes a PLA file number, any payment submitted may be held for review until collection has commenced and/or refunded.

Portnoff Law Associates accepts payment via ACH at no additional cost.
Payments can be submitted for all municipalities, school districts, and authorities via ACH.
