Can I make a payment online?

If I am mailing payment, where should I send my payment?
Checks should be made payable to Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. and mailed to Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd., P.O. Box 3020, Norristown, PA 19404-3020. Please put your account number in the memo line.
Payment sent via UPS, FedEx, etc. should be sent to our physical address which is 2700 Horizon Drive, Ste. 100, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Telephone: 1-866-211-9466.
Can I make a payment over the phone?
Portnoff Law Associates does not accept payments by phone. To make a payment online please click below or send your payment to POB 3020, Norristown, PA, 19404-3020.
Where is my Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. file number located?
Your file number is found on the top or bottom left hand corner of correspondence from us and begins with two digits, followed by five digits. There may be additional digits or dashes beyond that, but your file number is the beginning seven digits. (i.e., XX-XXXXX)
Can I make an payment in person?
Portnoff Law Associates provides a payment drop box at our King of Prussia office, which is located at 2700 Horizon Drive, Suite 100, King of Prussia, PA 19406. You can make payment with a check or money order. The payment drop box is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Please be advised that effective January 2, 2019, our King of Prussia office will only accept non-drop box walk-in payments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:00am – 1:00pm. Electronic payments can be made at any time via this website and checks or money orders may be left in our drop box between 7:00am-7:00 pm Mondays-Fridays.
Can I pay in cash?
For the security of your account, please do not send cash to pay your bill. We will accept payments in cash if paying in person and if you pay the exact amount due. We cannot make change.
Can I check my balance online?
Portnoff Law Associates provides access for property owners to their unpaid balances online in our claims database located at the Balance Inquiry below.
If I arrange a payment plan, will I be receiving a monthly bill/statement?
Portnoff Law Associates does not send out monthly reminders. It is the responsibility of the property owner to make their monthly payments pursuant to the plan. There are apps that you can download to remind you of due dates of any agreed upon payments.
Is a claim being collected by Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. going to affect my credit?
Portnoff Law Associates does not report to credit agencies. If a lien is filed, it becomes public record. Court documents can be researched when applying for credit. Once the balance is paid in full the lien will be marked as satisfied.
Can you send me a copy of the original bill?
Copies of the original bills are not available. We can provide the approximate date that a bill was mailed.
